An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Substance Misuse Nurse to work with one of UK's leading health care providers. As a Substance Misuse Nurse you will be working in a highly reputed Prison Service within the Norwich area.

This special company have built organisation-wide committees in many specialist fields. You’ll have the option to join your clinical specialism, networking with professionals from across the country. They get together regularly, auditing and sharing standard methodology for innovation and service re-design. You’ll be a part of the pool of subject matter experts bringing together clinical and operational leads. You will be a part of quality improvements, research and development activity.

 

As an Substance Misuse Nurse your day to day duties include:

·         Working within a large team

·         Work within the team of multidisciplinary staff

·         Assist & support senior staff to deliver a nurse-led integrated primary care services

·         Develop a specialist practice-based clinical model within the prison

·         Ensure safe, quality and value for money services are being provided in an efficient and systematic manner

 

An ideal Substance Misuse Nurse must have these skills must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         NMC Registered Nurse

·         Be a proactive member of the team

·         Experience of working as a Nurse in Prison or Hospital setting

·         Able to show a can-do attitude always
